Under the guidance and direction of the Manager, Proposal Development, the Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for the prospecting of new clients for the Business Development team. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for researching potential leads and making outbounds calls to meet business development plans, quotas and Alimentiv’s objectives. This role will take ownership of generating new leads for Business Development Managers and aim to maximize the potential from each call with a defined strategic plan, an excellent telephone manner and upbeat outlook. Under the direction of the Manager, Proposal Development and the VP, Business Development, the lead generator will contribute to and deliver an innovative lead generation program to drive qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
