This is an exciting opportunity to join Alimentiv as our first-ever US-based HR employee! This role will support an employee group in a global, shared services environment. As a champion of the employee experience, the HR Coordinator (HRC) provides HR administrative support to the organization in the areas of Organizational Effectiveness, Workforce Planning and Talent Management, Learning and Development, Health Safety and Wellness, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, and HR Metrics and Reporting in a global, shared-services context.
